In November 2015, the Graduate School’s Executive Committee approved a new policy requiring that all theses and dissertations submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements of a graduate degree be published in electronic form.
Doing so serves both to document the basis upon which individual students degrees have been awarded and to share the results of our students research with the scholarly community and the public.
Awards will be processed through Accounts Payable and paid directly to recipients in accordance with University policies.

If a proposal is rejected by the Ex Co the issue is either closed or the Committee may ask that the program be revised and resubmitted. Once approved by the Board of Directors, the program is submitted for approval to DC-HELC and the VA.
